Rats at the Table

End User License Agreement

This agreement governs your right to install and use Rats at the Table on your device. It should be read together with the Terms of Use; where the two differ on licensing matters, this document applies.

1. Acknowledgment

This agreement is concluded between you and Sevgi Güzel only, and not with Apple. Sevgi Güzel, not Apple, is solely responsible for the application and its content.

This agreement may not conflict with the Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions; to the extent it does, Apple's terms prevail.

2. Scope of license

You are granted a non-transferable license to use the application on any Apple-branded products that you own or control, and as permitted by the Usage Rules set out in the Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions, except that the application may be accessed and used by other accounts associated with the purchaser via Family Sharing or volume purchasing.

You may not copy, distribute, rent, sell, reverse engineer or modify the application, except where applicable law expressly permits it. Your use of the application is also subject to our Terms of Use, including its rules of conduct: there is no tolerance for objectionable content or abusive users, and accounts that break these rules are suspended or closed.

3. Maintenance and support

Sevgi Güzel is solely responsible for providing any maintenance and support services for the application. Apple has no obligation whatsoever to furnish any maintenance and support services.

4. Warranty

The application is provided as is, to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law.

In the event of any failure of the application to conform to any applicable warranty, you may notify Apple, and Apple will refund the purchase price for the application to you. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Apple will have no other warranty obligation whatsoever with respect to the application, and any other claims, losses, liabilities, damages, costs or expenses attributable to any failure to conform to any warranty are Sevgi Güzel's sole responsibility.

5. Product claims

Sevgi Güzel, not Apple, is responsible for addressing any claims by you or any third party relating to the application or your possession and use of it, including but not limited to: product liability claims; any claim that the application fails to conform to any applicable legal or regulatory requirement; and claims arising under consumer protection, privacy or similar legislation.

6. Intellectual property rights

In the event of any third-party claim that the application or your possession and use of it infringes that third party's intellectual property rights, Sevgi Güzel, not Apple, will be solely responsible for the investigation, defense, settlement and discharge of any such claim.

7. Legal compliance

You represent and warrant that (i) you are not located in a country that is subject to a U.S. Government embargo, or that has been designated by the U.S. Government as a terrorist supporting country, and (ii) you are not listed on any U.S. Government list of prohibited or restricted parties.

You must comply with all applicable export and sanctions rules where you use the application.

9. Third party terms of agreement

You must comply with any applicable third-party terms when using the application. For example, if you use a wireless data service you must not be in violation of your wireless data service agreement.

10. Third party beneficiary

Apple and Apple's subsidiaries are third party beneficiaries of this agreement, and upon your acceptance of it Apple will have the right, and will be deemed to have accepted the right, to enforce this agreement against you as a third party beneficiary of it.

11. In-app purchases

The application sells consumable respect packs and one auto-renewing subscription. The detailed rules are in sections 6, 7 and 8 of the Terms of Use.

Respect purchased with real money does not expire.

The game contains no loot boxes, no random packs and no bundle whose contents are unknown at the time of purchase. Exactly what each pack gives is stated in full before you buy it.

12. Termination

This agreement is effective until terminated by you or by Sevgi Güzel. Your rights under it terminate automatically if you fail to comply with any of its terms; you must then stop using the application and delete all copies of it.
