Rats at the Table
Deleting your account
Last updated: September 29, 2026
How to delete your Rats at the Table account and the data tied to it: in the app, or by writing to us if you no longer have the app.
1. In the app
Open the game, go to Settings, tap 'Delete account' and confirm. The account is deleted at once and this cannot be undone.
If you signed in with Google or Apple and have removed the app, you can install it again, sign in with the same account and delete it the same way.
2. Without the app
Write to support@ratsatthetable.com with the subject "Delete my account" and give us one of these so that we can find the account:
- the e-mail address of the Google or Apple account you signed in with — writing from that address is enough;
- your friend code (under YOUR CODE on the Friends screen) and the name you play under.
We reply to confirm and delete the account within 30 days. If we cannot tell which account is yours we ask before deleting anything: we do not delete an account on a request we cannot tie to it.
A guest account that was never linked to Google or Apple lives only on the device that created it. If the app is gone from that device, tell us the name you played under and roughly when you last played; if we can identify the account, we delete it.
3. What is deleted
Your profile, your name, your friend code, your notification address, your friendships, your match results, your payout ledger, your match event log, your cosmetics, your neighborhoods, your crew, your seat ledger, your support conversations, the reports you filed or that were filed about you, the guest record you used before moving to this account, and, if you signed in with Google or Apple, your sign-in record at Firebase Authentication.
4. What is kept, and for how long
- Purchase records: your player id and store user ids are removed from them, but the product, amount, currency, date, the store's transaction id and RevenueCat's event id stay. We keep them as long as tax and accounting law requires, up to ten years, and for a possible chargeback.
- Backups: the daily database backup still contains the account until it ages out, at most 31 days after deletion.
- Technical server logs are overwritten on a rolling basis and are not used to identify you.
- Some records held by our service providers are not removed by the deletion: Firebase Analytics and Crashlytics data, and RevenueCat's purchase records. Ask for this in the same e-mail and we pass the request on to them.
5. Subscriptions
Deleting your account does not cancel a subscription. Cancel it in the subscription settings of the App Store or Google Play; otherwise the store keeps renewing it.
